All forms must be signed and provided to broker at the email provided below.

Any customer or client whom refuses to sign the required document, must be documented.

A written explanation along with the day, time and method of your attempt to have them sign must be written in an email and sent to [email protected]

All libor / one key mls listing must have an exclusive right to represent signed by the seller.

Any buyer broker commission must be in writing and should not be only verbally expressed.

A copy of any documents signed must be provided to the customer, seller or buyer. National real estate may call to ensure they received a copy.

No legal advise should be given to your customer or client. Instead direct them to their lawyer.

Do not give any advice outside your scope of your real estate license, even if you may think you know the answer.

Instead always direct them to speak with the appropriate party.

For example direct them to ask their accountant, architect, building department, lawyer, home inspector, surveyor etc
